We currently offer 3 different services to cover all your translation needs:
PRO Translations:
A specialized service to translate all your professional or legal documents. Professional Translators will receive your documents and translate them in less than 24 hours. We guarantee a human translation. There is the optional service of receiving a Translation Certification Letter along with your documents and we can Match the Format as a premium service if you need your documents to look as the original format.

Use our STANDARD service to translate all your regular use content and documents. Professional Translators will receive your documents and translate them in less than 24 hours. We guarantee a human translation for this service.

EXPRESS Translations:
Use our EXPRESS service to translate all your regular use content and documents through an automated software and then Professional Translators will review the content to make sure its accurate and understandable. Receive your document in 24 hours or less. This service does not support legal, medical, scientific, or technical documents.
Translation time depends on a number of factors:
The source language
Number of pages | words
The quality of the document´s scan
The need for clarification on spelling or missing information
Taking these factors into account, the average time it takes is roughly 24 hours or less for up to 4 pages for PRO Translations and number of words for STANDARD and EXPRESS Translations. Larger amounts of words and pages, can take multiple days. For lengths longer than this, we will happily supply a free quote for turnaround time.
Our translators are all certified and tested prior to working on document translation. Many of them specialize in their native language to ensure maximum quality. They all come from various backgrounds as well, including Ivy League Universities, former embassy translators and other impressive professional backgrounds.
Unfortunately, they are not. We can provide a Translation Certification Letter for any particular use, however, it’s important to know that in order to maintain low prices and due to a number of factors, you will not receive a Stamp Certification with a Certifier´s name and Registration.

We secure all the information on our website using a 256-bit SSL encryption which is the industry standard for secure communication. Only members of EGO Translate will have access to the documents and those who do will be professionals who have signed confidentiality agreements. For an extra layer of security, credit card information is not stored on the same servers, instead it is sent directly to our bank for maximum protection.
Once you´ve placed an order, the documents are reviewed by a certified translator in the language of your election. Once the translation is complete, it´s sent to another member of our team for editing and quality assurance. From here, the translated documents are then emailed directly to you, if you order any additional service as the Translation Certification Letter, we´ll send it along with the translated documents.
